About The Show
Back In The Black podcast was created to provide a forum for people of color to discuss the important issue of Economic Growth for Communities of Color. The financial term “in the black” is used to refer to a company’s profitability and current financial health. When you’re in the black, it means you are producing positive earnings or outcomes. Our in depth conversations are focused on Culture, Heath. Education and Wealth. We pose the question to our guest and listeners how do we collectively get Back In the Black!
About The Who
Executive Producer & Host
Originally from Farmville, VA, Frank Moseley experienced racial inequality and economic disparity first-hand, and vowed to make a change. He received a B.S. in Business Management from St. Paul University in 2009, and went on to create a financial literacy program for high school and college students that increased the participants competency by 18%. A life-long passion, Frank continues to offer financial literacy programming to school systems in Richmond, VA and surrounding counties. He believes that the best way to develop economically is through social engagement and education; that is, to not only find a seat at the table but make a table for others to sit.
Editing & Production Manager
